Large calcified extra axial lesion is noted at right temporoparietal region, without surrounding edema or midline shift.

Case Discussion

Findings are compatible with calcified meningioma. Meningiomas are the most common extra-axial tumors of the central nervous system. The differential diagnosis is a petrous bone osteoma.
