A right parietal parenchymal cleft extends from the cortical surface to the lateral ventricle without grey matter lining.
Case Discussion
Features on axial CT images are most consistent with a linear track of encephalomalacia that mimics a closed-lip schizencephaly. The cleft is not lined by grey matter, which is a characteristic feature of schizencephaly.
