Known patient with breast cancer underwent mastectomy, radio and chemotherapy. She developed headache and impaired conscious level

Brain

Multiple enhancing brain lesions with surrounding mild perifocal vasogenic edema, mainly located at grey-white matter junction.

Abdomen

Two left hepatic lobe focal lesions with necrotic center, left basal pulmonary nodule and left basal pleural mass. Bone window images showed multiple sclerotic lesions scattered over the lumbar vertebrae and iliac bones.
