Evidence of tricompartmental marginal osteophytes of the knee. An associated calcification of the patellar hyaline articular cartilage as well as both knee menisci.
Case Discussion
In view of the described radiographic findings the diagnosis of chondrocalcinosis should be considered. CPPD as a high possibility can be listed and for further laboratory correlation.
