• adenocarcinoma, not otherwise specified
• high grade
• size 18mm
• perineural invasion: Present
• necrotic tumor at resection margin
• viable tumor <0.5mm from resection margin
• tumor involves one intraparotid lymph node

Incidental adenolymphoma.
