Gender: Male

There is ground glass opacity in the posterior right upper lobe and apical right lower lobe, non specific, but in the context of trauma is consistent with pulmonary contusion.

Case Discussion

Pulmonary contusion occurs as focal, non-segmental opacity and more commonly affect the posterior lungs.
