Where is located the elongated bleed seen in the key image and why is it crossing the midline?
The bleed seen in the key image is along the anterior commissure of the brain. The anterior commissure is a white matter tract connecting the two cerebral hemispheres across the midline which is placed in front of the columns of the fornix.
