We observed significant distension with fluid and mucus of the appendix, which presents retro-cecal situation, with a diameter of 4,5 cm, associated with thickening and infiltration of fat along its base, and training small adjacent collection, measuring 3,5 cm, compatible with acute inflammatory process.
Identified in the right hepatic lobe is a rounded mass lesion with intense uptake in the venous phase after administration of intravenous contrast, with central stellate scar without enhancement, measuring 6.0 x 5.0 cm lesion, consistent with focal nodular hyperplasia.
