Presentation

Abdominal pain, rigors/chills.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female

x-ray

There is separation of the pubic bones - like exstrophy.

ct

Evidence of chronic renal failure with atrophy of kidneys, hydronephrosis of native kidneys. Left pelvic transplant kidney is normal. Absence of rectus abdominus muscle.

The urinary bladder is thickened with bladder diverticula suggesting chronic bladder outlet obstruction.

mri

Findings confirm hydroureters bilaterally and no rectus muscle.

Left renal transplant kidney.
