During 1st study, patient came after voiding for measurement of post void residual urine volume. He had breathlessness. Chest radiograph was suggested but radiography machine was out of order. 

USG for chest was done, which showed vertical echogenic lines - interstitial pattern.

Follow up scan after 1 wk. Patient had free from shortness of breath at that time and previously visualized USG findings were absent.
