No renal tract calculus is identified. The ureters and kidneys are non-dilated and there is no fat stranding surrounding the kidneys or ureters. The urinary bladder is unremarkable.
Dilated left fallopian tube. This is more severe on the CT 2 years prior.
Uncomplicated sigmoid diverticulosis. ? previous gastric surgery. Incidental left adrenal gland nodule 2 cm in size with average density -10 HU in keeping with an adrenal adenoma. Cholecystectomy clips.
Conclusion
- No renal tract pathology demonstrated.
- Dilated left fallopian tube in keeping with chronic hydrosalpinx. US pelvis advised if there are pelvic symptoms.
