Failed early pregnancy

7+6/40 by LMP. PV spotting and LIF pain.

Patient Data

Age: 27
Gender: Female
ultrasound

A transvaginal ultrasound shows a gestational sac low within the uterine cavity. Gestational sac = 19 mm. CRL = 18 mm. Unfortunately there is no fetal heartbeat in keeping with failed early pregnancy. Both ovaries are normal.
