Two nipples are seen in the right breast.
These are best seen on the MLO view, as the ectopic nipple lies just caudal to orthotopic one.
The two nipples are transposed on each other on the CC view, as they lie along the embryonic milk line.
Case Discussion
This is a congenital anomaly where an ectopic nipple persists along the embryonic nipple line in addition to the orthotopic nipple.
