Presentation

Obstructive LFTs.

Patient Data

Age: 85 years
Gender: Male

There is good opacification of the biliary tree. CBD is opacified down to the ampulla. No intra or extrahepatic duct dilatation (CBD measures up to 6 mm). Trace amount of contrast is seen within the duodenum. No obstructive lesion identified and  no bile duct calculi. The imaged abdominal organs are unremarkable on this non-contrast study.
