Crohn disease. Discharge. Suspected fistula in ano

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Multiplanar pre-and post-contrast small field of view MR imaging of the pelvis has been obtained.

Anal canal, levator ani complex are normal in appearance. There is no evidence of fissure or fistula. No inflammation or fluid collection in the usual renal fossa or neither rectum. The bones are normal.

Conclusion: No evidence of perianal fistula. No cause for perianal discharge identified.
