Presentation

Infertile female attending for a hysterosalpingogram.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

Pelvis radiograph before contrast study revealed bilateral symmetrical triangular-shaped iliac sclerosis.

The sacroiliac joints are normal width, without evidence of inflammatory arthropathy.

No bony changes on the sacral side of the joint.
