In the left lateral cerebellar hemisphere a heterogeneous mass is present, with mixed T1 and T2 signal and only minor enhancement. DWI / ADC demonstrates profound diffusion restriction, consistent with a highly cellular tumor, most likely a SHH medulloblastoma.
Case Discussion
The patient went on to have surgery which confirmed the diagnosis of a medulloblastoma. Unfortunately the report and molecular subtype are unavailable. In this age group and location, however, this most likely represents a SHH subtype.
