This is a case of pathologically proven fibroma. 

Key facts:

• intramural mass emanating the free wall of the ventricles
• left side more common than right
• isodense to the myocardium on CT
• may be hypointense in T2 due to high fibrous and collagen content
• calcifications in 25%
• late enhancement is due to high fibrous content
