Case Discussion

Patient underwent cardiac catheterization and an Amplatzer ASD occluder device placement.

MRI helped in showing the ASD size, location and a left to right shunt fraction calculation of 1.5:1.

It is unusual to have cardiac anomalies in cases of dextrocardia with situs inversus.
