Both ovaries are enlarged showing multiple follicles. Ovarian vascularity is preserved on both sides.
There is free fluid in splenorenal fossa, both iliac fossae and pelvic region.
There is bilateral mild pleural effusion.
Uterus is normal.

In clinical background, ultrasound findings favor ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome.
