Presentation

Right upper thigh pain.

Patient Data

Age: 17-year-old
Gender: Male

Right femoral shaft upper diaphyseal sharply defined, expansile osteolytic lesion, with thin peripheral margins showing multilocular appearance eliciting isointense signal on T1, alternating isointense to high signals on T2 & STIR WIs, with fluid-fluid levels. It measures 2.1 x 6.5 cm along its maximal axial & craniocaudal dimensions. No MR evidence of cortical disruption or associated soft tissue components.
