Arm pain.

Patient Data

Age: 12 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Expansile eccentric bone lesion of the proximal humeral diaphysis, which is continuous with the medullary cavity. No periosteal reaction.

This was confirmed as an osteochondroma after surgical resection.
