Ill-defined mixed sclerotic/lucent lesion at the proximal tibial metaphysis and diaphysis not crossing the growth plate. It is ill-defined with a sunburst periosteal reaction.
Case Discussion
This lesion is aggressive with the findings typical a primary bone tumor. Osteosarcoma (as proven post surgical resection in this case) and Ewing sarcoma are the two most common primary bone tumors in children.
