Vomiting. Under birth weight.

Gender: Male

The pylorus is enlongated and thickened beyond normal limits consistent with pyloric stenosis. 

Case Discussion

Pyloric stenosis should be considered when there is persistent vomiting and loss of weight in infants. It typically occurs between the ages of one week and three months.
