Fall from standing height.

Age: 80
Gender: Male
x-ray

Multiple nodular opacifications are consistent with pleural calcified plaques attributed to previous asbestos exposure. Small right sided pleural effusion. Dilated and ectatic thoracic aorta with enlarged cardiomediastinal contours. Multiple right sided rib fractures.
