No intracranial haemorrhage or collection. Old right parieto-occipital infarct with ex vacuo dilatation of the trigone of the right lateral ventricle.
Ventricle size is slightly increased and show a narrowed callosal angle. No evidence of acute ischaemia.
No bony abnormality.
Conclusion: No acute injury. Ventricles are prominent and, in this clinical scenario, raises the possibility of normal pressure hydrocephalus.
