Optic neuritis (in multiple sclerosis)

Discussion:

This patient has a known diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (MS) and an MRI orbits was requested in the context of visual symptoms. The features are consistent with optic neuritis, a condition that has MS as the principal cause.
