There is a 16.1 x 7.6 mm well-defined ovoid lesion attached to the right ventricular side of the inter ventricular septum extending superiorly to the proximal right ventricular outflow tract. The lesion exhibits signals similar to fat in all pulse sequences including fat-suppression technique. No significant obstruction is appreciated. This is likely the same lesion described in the prior echocardiographic study. The features of the lesion are compatible with a small cardiac lipoma.
