Age: 40 years old
Gender: Female

There is an anterior aortic branch that supplies an area of the right lower lung lobe, which shows crowding of vascular channels. The venous drainage of this segment is via pulmonary veins.

The findings are best explained by intralobar pulmonary sequestration.
