Numerous fine nodules scattered in both lung fields in a random fashion.
No mediastinal lymphadenopathy.
No cavitary lesions.
Case Discussion
Bronchoalveolar lavage showed acid fast bacilli of tuberculosis.
Subsequent liver biopsy also showed tuberculosis.
