herniation of the left testicular parenchyma measuring 2.9 x 2.3 x 1.7 cm through a defect in the tunica albuginea of the inferior pole

The patient was taken to the operating room by the urology team, where the left testicular rupture and scrotum were explored, debrided, and repaired.
