Cerebral hemiatrophy, right frontal and ethmoid sinus enlargement, skull thickening, right cerebral peduncle atrophy, cross cerebellar atrophy.

Dyke-Davidoff-Masson syndrome is merely a descriptive term given to the changes that occur in the morphology of the skull when severe hemiatrophy is present.
