An oval mass lesion, with fat density is seen in right parotid gland, no septations, no spft tissue component. Appearances are in favor of intra-parotid lipoma.

A young woman with painless right side neck swelling from one year ago, and on non contrast CT scan there is an oval mass lesion with fat density at the anatomical location of right parotid which is compatible with parotid lipoma.
