Normal-appearing ulnar artery and ulnar nerve in the Guyon’s canal. There is an extra structure in the left tunnel showing muscle echotexture. It separates the ulnar nerve from the artery, which normally runs in unison. The ulnar artery is patent.
Ultrasonography also showed bilateral scapholunate joint-related ganglia (images not shown).
