Diffuse leptomeningeal enhancement with multiple leptomeningeal enhancing nodules in a sugar coated manner, more evident in the basal cisterns.
Right lateral ventricle body intraventricular enhancing nodule.

Leptomeningeal enhancing nodules in a known patient with metastatic breast cancer making metastatic leptomeningeal disease the diagnosis of choice.
