Ossification of anterior longitudinal ligament from C2 to T1, which is protruding and compressing into the pharyngoesophageal cavity, this is more pronounced at the C3-C4 level. Posterior longitudinal ligament ossification also present. Heterogeneous density of the vertebral bodies with blastic lesions, consistent with metastasis of the known prostate primary.
Case Discussion
Classical findings of DISH.
