Dysphagia, history of prostate cancer

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

Ossification of anterior longitudinal ligament is noted from C2 to T1 level with relative preservation of disk spaces and facet joints.

Ossification of anterior longitudinal ligament from C2 to T1, which is protruding and compressing into the pharyngoesophageal cavity, this is more pronounced at the C3-C4 level. Posterior longitudinal ligament ossification also present. Heterogeneous density of the vertebral bodies with blastic lesions, consistent with metastasis of the known prostate primary.
