An ill defined irregular shape poorly enhancing lesion is seen involving the pancreatic body with associated peripancreatic fat stranding and small lymph nodes. The mass encases the splenic artery and vein. Multiple variable size hypovascular hepatic focal lesions are noted.

Case Discussion

Histopathology revealed pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma stage T3N1M1 and hepatic metastatic deposits.
