Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

Fracture dislocation of the left 5th finger proximal interphalangeal joint. A small bone fragment is noted at the volar aspect of the proximal interphalangeal joint.

Post-reduction views clearly show volar plate fracture at the volar aspect of the base of the middle phalanx of the left 5th finger.
