Hepatoblastoma is the most common primary malignant liver tumor in children under four years of age who usually present with painless abdominal mass as in this case.

The patients are typically 18 months or less in age - this child being at the end of the typical age spectrum.

It may metastasize to locoregional nodes or the lungs as in this case.

A biopsy was performed confirming hepatoblastoma.
