Presentation
55 yo female had an ICH in the right parietal lobe and imaging at that time revealed no definite underlying mass. Her neurological status deteriorated rapidly over 3 weeks and she presented with prominent left-sided sensory and motor deficits.

Large isodense peripherally located mass with abundant vasogenic edema in the left cerebral hemisphere.

(Probably) extra-axial vividly enhancing mass with surface vasculature and extensive vasogenic edema.
Case Discussion
Four years earlier the patient had had a resection of a right thigh mass, shown to be a liposarcoma.
The patient went on to have a right parietal craniotomy and resection of the mass. Histology demonstrated metastatic liposarcoma.
