Presentation

Check x-ray for central line placement following seizure.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years old
Gender: Female

Right shoulder dislocation with a displaced greater tuberosity fracture.

Right internal jugular central venous catheter with the tip projecting over the SVC. No pneumothorax or lung pathology.

Case Discussion

Further plain film imaging demonstrated this was an anterior dislocation, and it was subsequently successfully relocated.
