Young male with occupational back pain. Disc disease?

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male
mri

Normal appearances of the vertebrae and disc spaces.  Normal bone marrow signal.

The discs exhibit normal signal, without dehydration.

The conus lies at a normal level, L1.  Normal distal cord and cauda equina.

Normal paraspinal muscles.
