Multiple sclerotic bone lesions, small and mainly in a peri-articular distribution., most prominent at the glenohumeral joints. Pediatric-type sternotomy wires with superior mediastinal surgical clips.
Case Discussion
Osteopoikilosis is a bony dysplasia characterized by the presence of multiple enostoses. It is an incidental finding, and is of no clinical significance.
