Abnormal closure of both sides of the coronal suture as well as left lambdoid suture (right lambdoid suture is still open). Sagittal and metopic sutures as well as anterior fontanelle remain open.CT findings are consistent with synostotic brachycephaly.

Case Discussion

9 months old baby with small sized head and abnormal skull shape, CT images show premature closure of both coronal sutures as well as left lambdoid suture. Features are those of craniosynostosis.
