An ill-defined sclerotic lesion in the distal femur with rings and arcs calcification. No cortical erosion or associated soft tissue lesion is identified. Findings are in keeping with an enchondroma.

Enchondromas are relatively common and benign medullary cartilaginous neoplasms with benign imaging features.
