Bowel gas pattern is unremarkable with no evidence of dilation. Moderate fecal loading is again demonstrated, overall similar to the previous imaging. Patchy calcification projected over the left upper quadrant is likely related to pancreatic calcifications. No pneumoperitoneum. Pleural bases are clear.
Case Discussion
This patient had a previous CT a few years ago (not shown) confirming an atrophic pancreas with multiple small calcifications in keeping with chronic pancreatitis.
