Fall onto face. Fracture?

Patient Data

Age: 75 years

There are hyperdense foci are seen throughout both sides of the face (particularly the cheeks), with stranding surrounding them. Some similar regions noted to be deeper, extending into the pterygoid venous plexus. No facial fracture.

Case Discussion

Correlation with history confirms of these are indeed silicon injection sites (cosmetic).
