- kyphoscoliotic curvature of the cervical spine centered at C4-5 with extensive erosive changes.
- wedge shaped marked reduction in volume of C4, C5 and C6 vertebrae with almost only a ghost visible of the C5 body. There extensive facetal degeneration with osteophytosis with crowding on the left facets and wide spacing on the right.
Case Discussion
No clear history was available to ascertain the etiology of the nature of torticollis in this patient. The ramifications of long standing nature in the degeneration of the cervical spine is evident in this study.
