A coarsely calcified and spiculated mass in the mesentery adjacent to a thickened segment of small bowel, with retraction and stranding of the mesentery is seen. Spoke-wheel arrangement of local mesenteric vessels are also noticed.
There are some nodular formations that projects into the lumen of the proximal thickened intestinal segment.
There is no evidence of liver metastasis.
