Right renal focal rounded cortical mass that is iso dense in non contrast scan, becomes strongly enhancing in the arterial phase and with washout of contrast in delayed phase. It measures 3 cm in diameter. There is no significant lymphadenopathy or renal vein/IVC thrombosis.
Case Discussion
The patient underwent right nephrectomy and histopathology revealed renal cell carcinoma of clear cell type. The tumor was staged as T1a N0 M0.
